This session will prepare participants to ensure effective use of a
purchasing card program, maintain controls, and evaluate your spending
in order to monitor transaction. We will talk about benefits of using
the State’s program, who it is available to and how to begin utilizing
our contract and other services provided by DOAS. At the end of this
session, the participant should be able to understand what practices you
can implement in your program, gain applicable knowledge of activities
which are performed by best-in-class P-Card programs, and learn about
the State’s purchasing card program and other services provided by DOAS.
