We all know that making it to the interview-phase in a job search is ideal; this is the time for you to elaborate on your strengths and experiences in a live setting. Although we cannot always predict what questions will be asked, we can prepare for common questions and put together several stories that express your unique set of qualifications for the position.
Join us for this interactive virtual session that begins with an overview of the "tell us about yourself" question and the STAR method of preparation. You will have time to build a story based on your experiences and knowledge and then try out your responses in a roundtable format.
All disciplines and students are welcome. This program will primarily benefit PhD students or master's students who are actively job searching or approaching graduation.
