This session was recorded for the Society of Georgia Archivists Annual Meeting and presented on October 27, 2022. It is led from the point-of-view of two neurodivergent librarian/archivist self-advocates, who were both recently diagnosed with ADHD as adults. There is a sobering lack of published studies about how to support neurodivergent people currently working in our profession. This session will shine a light on a broader spectrum of resources and services to our professional and personal communities so that these perspectives are understood by our colleagues and are supported in the workforces where we are employed.
