UGA CAES is proud to welcome guest lecturer Dan Barber, chef and co-owner of Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and author of “The Third Plate: Field Notes on the Future of Food.” He has received multiple James Beard awards and was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve on the President’s Council on Physical Fitness, Sports and Nutrition. Barber has also been featured in the Netflix documentary series “Chef’s Table.”
