Graduate students face unique career development challenges and opportunities, and many traditional career planning models may not make sense for master’s and doctoral students. In this workshop, we will discuss how to “embrace the chaos,” specifically exploring how Chaos Career Theory may be utilized as a conceptual framework for graduate career development. The session will include an overview of Chaos Theory, example reflective exercises, and other useful strategies and resources that can be used for further planning and exploration.
