The services and products banks offer are wide and varied, and knowing what to include in a request for proposal (RFP) for banking services can be complicated.  This session will explore best practices in preparing a well developed RFP for banking services.  At the end of this session, the participant should be able to: recall best practices in preparing and issuing a banking services RFP, incorporate industry trends and developments into procurement and RFP processes, and reduce miscommunications between government and industry in the RFP/procurement process.
